Cela ne doit en \u00eatre ainsi. En utilisant le r\u00e9f\u00e9rentiel de processus m\u00e9tier eTOM pour les operateurs telecoms, ainsi qu&#8217;une approche &#8216;top-down&#8217;, ce livre blanc pr\u00e9sente les \u00e9tapes cl\u00e9s d&#8217;une mise en \u0153uvre rapide effectu\u00e9e sur une p\u00e9riode de cinq semaines avec Prodacapo, la suite logicielle d&#8217;\u00e9valuation des co\u00fbts bas\u00e9s sur les activit\u00e9s (ABC).
